How NOVA LABS handles returns, refunds, damaged orders and statutory consumer rights.
Voluntary return policy
NOVA LABS does not operate a general voluntary return or refund program for opened or used products. Because of the nature of research materials, change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original sealed packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where local law provides cancellation, withdrawal, refund, warranty or other statutory rights, those rights prevail over this policy and are honoured in full.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact support@novalabsresearch.eu within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Verified issues are resolved by replacement or refund.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@novalabsresearch.eu with your order number. Where applicable law grants a cooling-off or withdrawal period after delivery, that period applies.
