Placing an order
Orders are placed through checkout using only a shipping address. No email or account is required.
Order numbers
Every order receives a unique order number in the format NL-2026-XXXXX. Quote this number in any support correspondence.
Order summaries
You can download or save an order summary from the confirmation page, and screenshot the page for your records. Registered customers can find their full order history in the account area.
